Our soaps will always have a soft spot in our hearts because they were our very first products to be launched. 100% of the ingredients and packaging for our soaps are sourced locally, and derived from nature.

Nokware’s Black Soap recipes were passed down from Tutuwa’s great-grandmother, and it is an honor to be able to share them with you. We know Great Grandma would be so, so proud.

Original Black soap
Our Original African Black Soap is handmade made by Auntie Ama and her team in the Ghanaian village of Agona Swedru. Made from our base ingredients – cocoa pod ash, palm kernel oil, coconut oil and some of Africa’s best-kept secret herbs, this natural soap will transform your skin! It will get rid of dead skin, discolorations, uneven skin tone, blemishes, eczema… oh boy! It’s like we said: used on your face, it’s literally a $10,000 face-lift in a calabash

Activated Charcoal black soap

Did you know that traditional African folk used charcoal to fight oily skin?

This one here is one of our favorites! It contains our base ingredients and activated charcoal. Activated charcoal will combat your oily skin by pulling out excess oils, unclog your pores to pull out dirt and other micro particles, remove black heads and scars and help you achieve a flawless complexion. Since we have no charcoal pun to make you chuckle though, say it with us: ‘we woke up flawless!’

This natural soap is made from a combination of our base ingredients, Shea butter and Baobab Oil, and is our most moisturizing soap yet. Baobab oil boosts collagen production, which will slow down ageing and wrinkles and improve skin elasticity, while the Shea Butter will protect your skin from aggressors like the sun and UV rays.
